New SIGE releases and label news

SIGE Records has new record news.

Jon Mueller's Canto is open to preorder now. This record releases on June 7 and is described as "3 extended aural meditations, stretching the possibilities of a limited sound palette comprised of gongs and voice."

The label also announced See Through, a new collaborative LP by Baker/Mueller/Coloccia, featuring Aidan Baker (Nadja), Faith Coloccia (Mamiffer, Mara, Sige Records) and percussionist Jon Mueller. Released by Gizeh Records, it features SIGE's own Faith Coloccia and is available for order via SIGE. Per the Gizeh, "The result is an other-worldly record that seamlessly flows from beginning to end, immersing the listener in waves of ambient movements and soporific beats."

Label fans should also note new Sumac merchanidise and original artworks by Coloccia are available.
