The Linda Lindas sign to Epitaph

Viral sensations The Linda Lindas have signed with Epitaph.

The band, who struck social media with their live recording of "Racist, Sexist Boy" filmed at the L.A. Public Library features four young females from the LA area, ranging from 10 to 16 years-old and pull from punk, grunge, Riot Grrl, and new wave influences.

The band formed in 2018 following a Firlschool LA event and has opened for Alice Bag and Bikini Kill and was also featured in the movie Moxie and a 2020 Netflix documentary called The Claudia Kishi Club. Epitaph was in discussion with the group prior to this month's increased popularity, a press release states.

The Linda Lindas will appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday June 3.
