"By and Down," the first new song to surface from A Perfect Circle is now available. The song is to appear on the Maynard James Keenan (TOOL, Puscifer) band's upcoming greatest hits collection Three Sixty which will releaes on Nov. 19 on Universal Music. The song was written in 2011.
