Dan Campbell keeps busy with The Wonder Years, Aaron West, and The Roaring Twenties. That said, he's also found time to write and record a new solo single, his debut in this format, with the new "When I Face Into the Wind."

His songwriting approach on the single is described as personal and sincere.

"I got really attached," he says of putting the finished product together. "Two people fell in love, first in the summer on train bridge, and then in the winter in an abandoned schoolhouse, and finally at a place of their own with their daughter."
