On the heels of their Lulu collaboration with Lou Reed, Metallica also released a digital EP Beyond Magnetic. Now, the band has announced the EP will also be sold on the "old school" CD format releasing January 31. The songs are leftover tracks form the Death Magnetic sessions and were originally released to the band's official fan club.
