Hot Water Music's 1997 Forever & Counting will be re-released by Rise Records in early 2013. The record, the band's third, will fist see a digital re-issue with a re-mastering and physical release to come in 2013. To hold fans over, Rise is offering it for stream via their YouTube channel.
