Cleric announce second LP

Philadelphia-based Cleric will release their sophomore album, Retrocausal, on Dec. 8 via Web of Mimicry, a labelheaded by Trey Spruance (Mr. Bungle, Secret Chiefs 3).

The avant-metal with math rock and free jazz components also features a number of guest musicians, including John Zorn, Mick Barr (Krallice, Orthrelm, Ocrilim), and Timba Harris (Secret Chiefs 3).

Cleric's previous full-length, Regressions, was released in 2010.
