On April 27 Southern Lord will reissue NMC17 (No More Censorship) from notable Washington, DC punks Scream on LP and CD.

The reissue is dedicated to photographer Naomi Petersen, who found the original No More Censorship master tapes and passed them along the way. The tapes were eventually remixed at Dave Grohl's 606 Studio. NMC17 is the first Scream release to feature Grohl, who later went on to fame with Nirvana and Foo Fighters.

The band originally formed in 1980 and disbanded in 1990 before various reincarnations in recent years.
