Jon Spencer solo album coming this fall

The one and only Jon Spencer will release a solo album this fall, the prominent rocker's first under his own moniker. To be titled Spencer Sings the Hits!, the album will be issued by In the Red Records. It was recorded and mixed with Bill Skibbe and features contributions from Sam Coomes (Quasi, Heatmeiser) and M. Sord (M. Sord).

Before the new record comes out, Spencer will also be hitting the road in late July, including dates with the Melvins.
