Psychobilly legends The Reverend Horton Heat will return with Whole New Life on Nov. 30, the group's first new material in five years.

The 11-song new album was recorded in Dallas using all vintage equipment. "Creating Whole New Life brought out something in my vocals where I am screaming more and making more throaty sounds. It's got some Louisiana feel to it, such as the New Orleans tribute ‘Tchoupitoulas Street,’ a bit of gruff and some Roy Orbison style in it, which the tune ‘Perfect’ is a nod to," says ringleader Jim "Reverend Horton" Heath of the new effort.

Victory Records is handling the release.
