Oranssi Pazuzu and Dark Buddha Rising have teamed up on a full-length project under the name Waste of Space Orchestra. The collective started as a commissioned piece for Roadburn 2018 and it will bear fruit: a full-length titled Syntheosis this April on Svart Records.
The album is described as a stuiod interpretation of the original live set from 2018: "a challenging, engaging psych metal record or as a dimension-spanning, one-hour performance consisting of nine parts. The work recounts a story of three beings and their deep search for knowledge."
Svart will release it on CD, 2xLP, and digital formats on April 5. Watch a trailer below.
