On Nov. 13, Novarupta will release their second full-length LP. The new five-song album will be titled Marine Snow and releases courtest of Suicide Records.
Based in Sweden, the post-metal band features both current and former members of Ghost, Inter Arma, Red Sparowes, and Besvärjelsen. While no new material has leaked to date, the band just released its debut album, Disillustioned Fire, lasat year.
Norvarupta was founded by former collaborator of The Moth Gatherer and Terra Tenebrosa, Alex Stjernfeld, with support from musicians including Josh Graham (A Storm of Light/ex. Red Sparowes), Lea Amling (Besvärjelsen), Robert Lamu (Skraeckoedlan), Martin Persner (Magna Carta Cartel/ex. Ghost), Mike Paparo (Inter Arma), and Arvid Hällagård (Greenleaf).
