Following the Plastic Age EP earlier this year, the newly-formed-but-featuring-punk-vets Barfbag has a debut album coming out November 3. Set for release on the date of the 2020 US election, the band is leading with the single "Let's Stop A War".
“The lyric in this song is 'Street crime is a reaction to oppression,'" states vocalist David Bason, fitting of this week's news.
Barfbag includes Bason, Brian Viglione (The Dresden Dolls, The Violent Femmes, Nine Inch Nails, and Kenny Carkeet (AWOLNATION). Their debut, also titled Let's Start A War releases on Stay Gold Records.
