Anxiety Spiral picked an appropriate week to release its debut demo. The Philadelphia band released the record on Friday Nov. 6 and it's streaming in full at bandcamp (check the embed below).

Featuring members of Fight Amp and Rid of Me, the band pulls from those experiences while also showing influence from bands like Cursed, Bucket Full of Teeth, and From Ashes Rise.

The self-recorded demo is available via Knife Hits Records.
