Punks aren't known for being early to the party, but a new band calling itself The Myrrhderers ("Murderers") shared a new xmas song today, a rendition of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," which precludes their 5-song xmas EP The Myrrhderers Sleigh Christmas, out on Nov. 20.
The band is comprised of Al Frankincense (Dead Kringles), Elliott Gold (Prancid), and Bill Myrrhey (Sleigher). The group has another EP slated for a pre-Christmas release just 3 weeks later: The Myrrhderers Sleigh Some More will release on Dec. 11.
