When it comes to announcing upcoming albums, we've already turned the page to 2021.

Melvins' drummer Dale Crover will release a solo record by the name of Rat-A-Tat-Tat! next year, on Jan. 15 through Joyful Noise Recordings.

Crover, who also plays with Redd Cross, previously released The Fickle Finger of Fate in 2017. Check out a new video from his upcoming album, "I Can't Help You There."

“I enlisted Toshi Kasai and Alicia DiGiovanni to help direct, film and edit,” he says of the video. “I gave them the basic ideas I had and they ran with them. Inspiration came from One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, The Cramps’ 1978 performance at Napa State Mental Hospital, and the creepy face mask of LA Dodger Kiké Hernández.”

Besides his own album, The Melvins also have new material coming soon.
