Pennywise's Jim Lindberg has a new solo album coming next month. To release on Epitaph Records, the new album is called Songs From The Elkhorn Trail and releases digitally on Nov. 19 and on cd/vinyl on May 6, 2022.

In contrast to the more forceful Pennywise, Lindberg's solo debut is acoustic in instrumentation and features introspective lyrics focused on relationships, loneliness, and alienation. While those themes are common following lockdowns in '20-21, many of the songs on his debut have been in the works for up to 25 years, with significant inspiration coming from the death of Lindberg's father in 2018.
