Fake Names are back with their second album, hitting the public on March 3, 2023. The new record is to be titled Expendables and will release via Epitaph, who also released their self-titled debut. The band features Brian Baker (Minor Threat, Bad Religion, Dag Nasty), Michael Hampton (S.O.A., Embrace), Dennis Lyxzén (Refused, INVSN, The [International] Noise Conspiracy), Johnny Temple (Girls Against Boys, Soulside) and new addition Brendan Canty (Fugazi, Rites of Spring). The group also released a 3-song EP last year.

This time around, Adam “Atom” Greenspan handled production, and is credited with a cleaner sound. “The pop influences are a little more out front on this one and the production really helps it shine. It sounds more direct, more urgent,” Baker says.

Here is new song "Delete Me."

Fake Names will be touring in April 2023.

They’d attended elementary school with bassist Johnny Temple … Read more
