Sacrificial Cake, a 1995 album by Jarboe, is available on vinyl for the first time via The Circle Music.

The album was recorded at the same time Jarboe was in Swans, and was recorded at the analog home studio of Lary Seven in New York.

In a statement, Jarboe says:

Sacrificial Cake is one of my most popular albums. The song, "Lavender Girl" on this album, is the song fans tell me is one of their favorite songs, ever. As this album was never available on its own, I am thrilled for The Circle Music to have it be available and especially on lavender vinyl in homage to the beloved song.
