Emily Whitehurst, aka Survival Guide (aka former vocalist of Tsunami Bomb), has released a new covers 7" called Request Hotline, Vol. 1.5 (a.k.a. “RHV1.5”), released on Jan. 31 and covering Misfits and AFI. The EP was released on limited 7" through Double Helix Records. It serves as a teaser of the upcoming digital release, Request Hotline, Vol. 2, set for release on Feb. 24, which will also tackle songs originally by Sleater-Kinney, Green Day, Distillers, and more.
