Neformat Family record label has now released the fourth part of an ongoing compilation series, МАПА ("map"), the latest featuring 24 independent Ukranian artists active now.
Sounds on the collection include hardcore, black metal, psychedelic rock, psychobilly, emo and more.
"At the beginning of the war, like everyone, I thought what else I could do to help. And this compilation is, so to say, a small reflection of the events that took place... how we united and did and do everything together. The bands that participated, all the people who bought or listened to the first three parts, Karina and Kostia who helped with the cool covers, and Neformat that made it all happen. We're so cool! And this compilation, I think, this is another small drop that unites us all," says project initiator Maryk.
All proceeds from sales on Bandcamp will go to the Musicians Defend Ukraine Foundation, which helps to fund Ukranian musicians in times of war.
