New Jersey trio Cyclone Static is back, preparing to release a new EP next month Cave Pop: Dance Songs For Primitive People, to release July 21 on Mint 400 Records.
The band shared one of the hits from the upcoming record, "Boom Boom," a groovy protopunk rocker.
“‘Boom Boom’ is our version of a less conventional love song that isn’t sappy. We wanted to create a song about a strong uncontrollable attraction to someone that is a catchy and quick jolt for your ears," says drummer Jonathan LeVine.
The EP releases on digital formats first, with a physical package to come later.
