Heavy, disruptive, loud and unpredictable, noise-rock band Sprain is back for round 2, announcing their second album, The Lamb As Effigy or Three Hundred And Fifty XOXOXOS For A Spark Union With My Darling Divine will release on Sept. 1 on The Flenser.
While that title is long, the band also released the fierce 7-minute long lead single "Man Proposes, God Disposes," shared below.
