Best Friends Forever, released on Jan. 19 by The 1984 Draft, is getting a special, limited cassette release that includes bonus tracks (Steadfast Records).

Originally released on vinyl via Poptek, Sell The Heart, and Engineer Records, the cassette comes out on August 4 and features collaborations with Susie Ulhrey (Pohgoh), Todd Farrell Jr. (Benchmarks, Two Cow Garage), and Sean Gardner (Kopaz, The Reciever, Winter Makes Sailors, Minnows) -- plus new member Cherry Fullam on vocals, with two live tracks.

The band's Joe Anderl contributed a guest column at SPB last year.
