Jacket Thief, a solo project from Scott Reeder, drummer of Fu Manchu and a multi-instrumentalist on his new project, has shared a new single called "TLFN" from the upcoming debut record, Lights Out On The Shores, out Sept. 29 on his own TripKey Records.
"This is a record that I wanted to do for a long while, and then different circumstances conspired so that it was more like I had to do it, I couldn't wait any longer," Reeder says of the record.
The project kicked off in late 2021, completing work on the 12-song album in early 2023. While Reeder leads the project, longtime friend Michael Rosas co-wrote two songs.
