The Jesus and Mary Chain returned to action, releasing Damage and Joy in 2017. Now, six years later and 40 years after releasing their first single, the band is back with Glasgow Eyes, scheduled for release March 8 via Fuzz Club Records.
The new album was recorded at Mogwai’s Castle of Doom studio in Glasgow, the same setting as Damage and Joy.
The first single in "jamcod," shared below. The band is also planning EU/UK tour dates in 2024.
Feb. 25 update: The album's release date has been pushed back to March 22.
