The Lord - Worship: Bernard Herrmann Tribute

The Lord, also known as Greg Anderson, has announced a new album, Worship, a tribute to Bernard Herrmann.

Anderson has been working on these tracks since 2021, drawing heavy influence from the Academy Award-winning composer associated for his work with Alfred Hitchcock, including Vertigo, North By Northwest, and Psycho, plus non Hitchcock films including Cape Fear, Fahrenheit 451, and Citizen Kane.

The release will be the first on new Southern Lord subdivision, The Lord Recordings, and comes out in May-June on limited vinyl and digitally. Anderson also has played in False Liberty, Brotherhood, and SUNN O))).
