the Jesus Lizard, formed back in 1987, hasn't released a record since Blue back in 1998, but the band just changed their tune, announcing the release of Rack, out Sept. 13 on Ipecac Recordings. The band announced live dates earlier this year, teasing more news, which seemingly meant this new 11-song record from the lineup of Duane Denison, Mac McNeilly, David Wm. Sims, and David Yow.

The new record will come out on vinyl, cd, digital, and cassette formats. But first, the new tune you've been waiting for:
