Four-piece punk bank Storm Boy, of Olympia, WA, has announced an EP next month. The band will release SUPERPOSITION! on Oct. 15.
A concept, of sorts, vocalist/guitarist Chas Roberts explains:
I was thinking a lot about how we’re positioned as "the fun band with heavy thoughts" or we’re "the punk band that seeks connection," or, personally, we’re a band at many points in life… from Jeremy and I having played in bands forever and having families, to Kuba, deep in his place, and Charli who, with Storm Boy, has joined her first band and is taking the opportunity to announce her presence…a state of SUPERPOSITION! being multiple places at the same time, is exactly where we are.
They symbolize this further by releasing the EP with 4 variant covers, featuring 4 different track sequencing.
