That's an unattributed quote in the press release for the solo project Full, from Nathaniel Rappole. Running since 2007, Rappole has released 1 7", 6 EPs, 3 full-lengths and, now a new 4- song collection called Zugunruge, out on Nov. 10 via Lagon Audio/Visual.
