New Jersey 5-piece emo band Capillary just announced their first full-length. The band released an EP in 2024, followed by a recent single, and now they bring us in remembrance, available Jan. 2, 2026 courtesy of 51st State Records
The latest single is "Plainview," which also brings in Koyo in a guest appearance.
“This song is about reflection and checking ourselves as we face the irreversible passage of time -- We’ve all grown from certain people and places -- but we’ve most likely grown from people and places that we miss -- this rumination comes with reflection and memories; In this case good memories, as we walk down memory lane in this song and visit the places I use to go. Joey from Koyo echoes this sentiment in his feature, mirroring the stories with a complimentary Long Island tale. In the end of the song we find ourselves excited for the next chapter and appreciating where we’re currently at, so it’s all in good spirits," vocalist/guitarist Jake Rubin says in a prepared statement.
