The path to Not Sorry by Semi-Famous began with a the novel Weasels In A Box bu John Jughead (Screeching Weasel). The book inspired a real life band, which released a 7" and a full-length.
Then, shortly before the first album's release, member Billy Brown (Crash & Burn) passed away, which inspired the members to keep the project going in his name.
On new album Not Sorry, out April 10 on Sounds Rad, the band is comprised of Jughead, Ryan Rockwell (Mixtapes), Tyson Cornell, Poli vanDam (The Bombpops), Mike L. Kinshella (Murderland), and Nanako Nishio.
“For this song about the two sides of treachery, Chicago artist Miguel Echemendia (ECH) brought the concept into the realm of old school comic book rivalry for this video which includes 100 hand drawn images." Jughead says of the video and lead single.
