Mental Gymnast is a new band with past and present members of Dog Park Dissidents, Dissidente, Binary Heart, Sarah and the Safe Word, wolves&wolves&wolves&wolves, Almost People, and I'm singing, plus Adam of Say-10 Records on vocals.
Formed roughly one month ago, the band has a 5-song, 6-minute debut, EP 1, out on Feb. 27.
