Swedish grindcore band Gadget just announced the new Coerced EP, out May 8, 2026 on De:Nihil Records. It's the band's first official release since 2016 and features a new lineup that includes Emilia Henriksson on vocals and Kristofer Jankarls on guitar.
The EP's new songs were written between 2019 and 2023, and are paired with a re-recording of "Funereary Rites," originally written in 2017 and released digitally in 2020 -- the year when nothing went as it should.

The lineup features the aforementioned Henriksson and Jankarls, plus Rikard Olsson (guitar), Fredrik Nygren (bass), and William Blackmon (drums).
