Instrumental group Lights & Motion just announced plans for Bloom II, a six song collection out on May 29 via Deep Elm Records.

This EP was the first thing I wrote when I moved into my new studio Afterglow. I didn't try to steer the music too much, but rather letting it dictate to me where it wanted to go. As the songs started coming together, I felt like it had a strong kinship with another EP, or minialbum, that I wrote many years ago called Bloom. And so that became my beacon for finishing this collection of songs - they exist almost like siblings to the original Bloom, hence the name Bloom II.
