Portland, OR trio HISS has a new record on the way, A Cheapened Crown, out August 21 via Diptirid Records, Hex Records, and the band.

The band features Robert Comitz (guitar/vox) and Kirk Evans' (bass/vox) -- both formerly of Still/Form -- joined by Chase Hall -- formerly of Marriage + Cancer. As Hex puts it, "HISS is comprised of the heaviest players of both bands."
