Let Me Downs are planning a new album in early 2027, sharing "Ellen C" this week as an early teaser. The record will be the third from the Tacoma, WA trio, coming on Felony Records.
“‘Ellen C.’ is about both finding and losing that special someone in your life. People change. Feelings change. Life changes. Sometimes, as much as you want to hold on and try to make it work, you have no choice but to let go. You have to let them continue on their journey, even if you are no longer going down that road with them,” the band says in a prepared statement.
They last released North by Southwest in 2025.
