Oso Oso, who just announced a North American tour, has announced a sixth full-length album called an exchange of information, out on Feral Twin Records, operated by Hop Along drummer Mark Quinlan. The album origin begins with a phone call from Quinlan, who was initially iinterested in repressing older Oso Oso before a change of direction.
"I want Feral Twin to be a home for music and ideas I genuinely believe in, made by artists I respect, and to give those works the kind of care and attention they deserve. Having an exchange of information be the first release feels like the perfect way to introduce Feral Twin," Quinlan says in a prepared statement.
The album comes out on Nov. 6.
