Playing atmospheric, blackened metalcore, A New Day has joined DAZE with the soon-to-follow new EP, Held Under an Incandescent Sky out on Oct. 5.
The Texas band released So Close To Perfection... EP last year and follows with more more songs this year, including "This Beautiful Deception," below.
“This song is about a reflection on a discarded friendship. I wanted to relay the feelings and paint scenes by describing certain moments that can be seen as lonely, desolate, and painful to process. In the end you’ll always find yourself," says vocalist Brenden Riker.
