Hearts Apart will release a new album called Xanax, Dramas & Rock'n'Roll, out Nov. 20 on Epidemic Records.

The first single is “(Not) So Easy," a song about moving on and how it is often harder than it sounds.

Sayeth the band:

“Not So Easy" perfectly describes the enormous effort it takes to accept that someone you definitely loved - and probably still love - has decided to continue their journey without you.
Then you happen to see a short video of the person you lost somewhere along the way, and suddenly the ground opens beneath your feet.

Punching the horror of possessiveness in the face, keeping all the questions and outbursts to yourself, screaming your longing into the valley of memories, clinging to the fragile hope that ‘things will get better."

Easy to get through it? Fuck no.

Except the band says it in melodic punk language.

They last released Summer Bummer EP in 2025, also on Epidemic.
