Scene Point Blank is excited to share a love song to danger, the debut album from DC-based punk band little a. It was recorded between June 2023 and July 2024, then mixed in the fall of 2025.

The band play "no-frills" punk with a message, drawing influence from the classic DC scene, plus fuzzy '90s alt rock with nods to the work of John Reis and Rick Froberg, as well as the Kill Rock Stars catalog.

Speaking of the album, guitarist Garrett says this:

Kiki's first impression after joining the band was along the lines of “I’m playing with these old guys and they like weird bands!” We eventually settled that the rest of us are not that old nor are our music tastes that weird, but little a has always been a happy marriage of Kiki’s vivacious energy with some classic punk influences from the rest of the band. We are proud to present to you our debut album “a love song to danger”, which would be as at home on Dangerhouse in the 70’s as it is to your ears today!

Members have also played in 1905, Birds and Wires, Bail Out, Blue Bodies, Body/Cop, Forensics, Tiny Bombs, and currently share a drummer with American Television. The album is available via Amor y Lucha Records.
