The lineup for the second annual Treasure Island Music Festival has been revealed. The event takes place September 20th and 21st on an island in the middle of San Francisco Bay. Headliners for the two-day event include Justice, TV on the Radio, The Raconteurs, and Tegan & Sara. Other artists set to perform include Goldfrapp, Hot Chip, Aesop Rock, Vampire Weekend, Spiritualized, Okkervil River, and Tokyo Police Club, among others.
