Punk Rock HOliday 1.6 has announced the first 15 bands scheduled to plat at the August 9-12 festival in Tolmin, Slovenia. With headliners including NOFX, Descendents, Agnostic Front, Strung Out, Flag, Off WIth Their Heads, and more. With 15 band announced, the festival promises another 35 to come.
