Founded in 2014, Fest adjacent event Foreign Dissent 11 will take place Oct. 19 at Will's Pub in Orlando, FL.
The internationally themed even brings artists from Austria, Costa Rica, England, Greece, Japan, and Wales to Florida just before the bands head to FEST 24 in Gainesville.
