The long-running but relatively inactive band Tool is back with Fear Inoculum, the first record the band has released in 13 years.
While the new record is certainly news itelf, the group has also announced a six-week North American tour, which launches on Oct. 13 -- tickets go on sate Sept. 6 at 10 am local time, with early offers available to Tool Army members.
