Metal Blade Records unleashed a new full-length documentary on Cattle Decapitation, presently in year 26 as a band. The docu is titled From This Flesh: A Cattle Decapitation, posted below, debuting two years after the band's tenth album release (Terrasite).

The documentary is made by videographer Nicholas VanVidler , who also produced the band’s “Finish Them” music video.

"Our buddy Nick VanVidler (NJV Media, Body Prison) went to make a studio documentary about Terrasite and what came out was more of an extremely introspective look into the band as a whole with a specificity on how we write and record albums. It's insightful, intense, funny, sad, unfiltered, immersive, and if you're a longtime true fan of the band, you gotta see this thing," says vocalist Travis Ryan.

The band will be touring in Europe next month (dates below the doc).

Well what can you say about a group like Cattle Decapitation? First and foremost…they're not emo. Secondly, they have a new album out called Karma. Bloody. Karma, and thirdly…it's one of the best albums of the year. One of the most criminally underrated bands on the grind/gore-core scene should finally get their due. Underrated because let's face it, the genre … Read more
