2004: A Year In Review

Posted pre-2010

The music of 2004 has come and gone, so the next logical step for the music geeks of the world is to wait in anticipation for those new releases of 2005. As they sit and wait, and sometimes wait and wait, the majority of these music geeks, myself included, sit and debate, mostly via the Internet, over which year is going to be better, the past or the present. Looking ahead to the releases of 2005 versus those that came out in this past year, it really isn't an easy call, nor is it ever. Despite knowing a large portion of upcoming releases, it is those unexpected and unplanned albums that make or break a year in music. That being said, here is a sampling of notable artists set to release albums in 2005:
