SPB: July 2023 we saw the release of the Trapped In... EP. These five songs were later also featured on Trapped In My Thoughts. Why first release the EP?
Costa: We already had the plan to release two EPs before we went into the studio. It helped us to feed our audience with new material over a longer period of time and it also gave us time to work on new songs during the release.
Putting the two EPs together on vinyl was also planned from the beginning.
In previous bands, we had released all the songs directly as an album and the waiting time between the recordings was always very quiet. In a time with social media where everything is very short-lived, it was important to us that we could be present on a regular basis. As we all work full-time, we were able to make the best use of our available time.
