The one and only Swami John Reis (Hot Snakes, Night Marchers, The Sultans, Rocket From The Crypt, Drive Like Jehu) has announced the release of his debut solo album, Ride The Wild Night. The album will release digitally on Feb. 18, with limited vinyl to come on March 4 via Swami Records.
For those who can't wait two more weeks, the first single is out now, titled “Do You Wanna Make Out?”.
Reis is backed on the record by J. Sinclair K. (Hot Snakes), Joe Guevara, Chris Prescott (Pinback) Gar Wood (Hot Snakes), Glen Galloway (Truman’s Water), Jacob Turnbloom (Mrs. Magician), and Jordan Clark (PLOSIVS), who bring to life Reis' latest vision of classic styled rock 'n' roll with a strong '60s influence.
Reis is also releasing a record with Plosivs in March.
