Dave Hause presents Patty & Paddy covers album

Posted in Records on September 26, 2020

Dave Hause, who recently released a single called "Your Ghost" about George Floyd, is following that up with two new covers EPs, titled Patty & Paddy. The EPs are tributes to two of Hause's favorite musicians (of two different styles): Patty Griffin and Paddy Costello (Dillinger Four). Hause brings in several guests on the covers, including Brian Fallon, Jaura Stevnson, Jake Bount, Will Hoge, and Bartees Strange.

“With the pandemic rolling in and all of our touring plans cancelled, it seemed like a great time to try some home recording, and to do this project that I’ve always wanted to try,” Hause says of the project.

Grab a full track listing below, along with Hause's rendition of Griffin's "Long Ride Home."

Both EPs release digitally on Oct. 23.
